Once you submit the form, you’ll gain access to our calendar to choose the time that works best for you. It’s a free, exclusive session with no obligation to sign up for anything.

 

3. The Conversation with Our Team

We listen and understands your situation. During this conversation, we will explain what the SOWERS process is and how it works—a path back to GOD. The decision to move forward is only yours.

 

4. The SOWERS Process Begins

If you decide to move forward, We will design the path with you—either virtually or in person at Finca El Despertar. Our retreat center in the Colombian Coffee region.

Constanza Jaramillo Calderón

Constanza Jaramillo Calderón is a renowned international high-performance trainer and rider with more than 25 years of experience in equestrian sports. She has represented Colombia in international competitions such as the Pan American Games, Central American and Caribbean Games, Bolivarian Games and FEI circuits around the world.

In addition to her sports career, she has led training processes for high-performance athletes and held management positions in equestrian organizations in Colombia, contributing to the institutional strengthening of THE sport. 

Her experience combines technical training, leadership, executive coaching and human formation, integrating discipline, awareness and integral development of the athlete.
